Induction and training

• Monitoring and assessment of temporary workers
  
• Monitoring of performance levels and service review arrangements
  

Current operational reality

• Relationships with current suppliers
  
• Involvement by client with current agencies and workforce
  
• Payroll and invoicing

A report is then compiled client highlighting areas for improvement within the above crucial areas.
